Billy Williams was 36 years old when he made his debut in the major leagues on Aug. 15, 1969 with the Seattle Pilots.

His major league career included just 10 at-bats in four games. Williams was hitless in those at-bats, but did score a run.

He had spent 15 seasons in the minor leagues prior to making it to the major leagues with the Pilots.

Following his career in baseball, he was the owner of Billy William's Men's Boutique in Oakland, Calif.
