Bob Patrick, an outfielder who played in nine games for the Detroit Tigers over two seasons, died on Oct. 6, 1999 in Fort Smith, Arkansas.

He hit .267 in 15 at-bats in the major leagues. Of his four hits, one was a double and another was a home run.

He played in five games for the Tigers in 1941 and in four games for Detroit in 1942.
