Danny Napoleon, who had 130 at-bats in the major leagues with the New York Mets, died on April 26, 2003 in Trenton, N.H.

Napoleon debuted with the Mets on April 14, 1965, and played in 80 games between 1965 and 1966. He hit .162 and drove in seven runs.

One of his biggest moments in the majors came on April 24, 1965 when he hit a pinch-hit, three-run triple to help the Mets beat the Giants 7-6. The win was Stengel's 3,000th as a manger in professional baseball (all levels).
