Don "Ducky" LeJohn, who played for the Dodgers and later served as a manager and scout in the team's minor league system, died on Feb. 25, 2005 in California, Pa. He was 70.

His lone season in the major leagues came in 1965 with the Dodgers. The third baseman hit .256 in 78 at-bats and drove in seven runs.

He played in one game of the 1965 world Series when the Dodgers faced the Twins and he struck out in his only at-bat.

Following his playing career, he was a minor league manager and later a scout for Los Angeles.

LeJohn and his wife, Irene, had celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in January 2005.
