Ed Cole Edward William Cole

Cole was 29 years old when he made his debut with the St. Louis Browns in 1938. He finished that season with a 1-5 record and a 5.18 ERA. In Feb. 1938, he had been traded by the Indians, along with Roy Hughes and Billy Sullivan, to the Browns for Rollie Hemsley. He was 0-2 in 1939 with a 7.11 ERA in 6.1 innings for the Browns. |
