Charles 'Sleepy' Chatman, who played in the Negro Leagues, died on Dec. 1, 2004 in Memphis, Tenn. He was 70.

According to reports, Chatman played for the Black Barons, Detroit Stars and Detroit Clowns in the mid-1950s.
