Frank Campos, an outfielder who played in 71 games over three seasons in the major leagues, died on Jan. 28, 2006 in Miami, Fla.

Campos was born in Havana, Cuba, in 1951. He made his major league debut in the majors in 1951 with Washington.

He hit .279 with 13 RBIs in 147 at-bats in the majors. His most productive season came in 1952 with Washington. He hit .259 in 112 at-bats and drove in 8 runs.
