Kent Anderson appeared in 135 games at the Major League level during his career. As a shortstop for the California Angels, Anderson hit .260 in 366 at-bats with 1 home run, 22 runs batted in and 1 stolen base.
Anderson played in the minors from 1984-88. In 423, he hit .249 with 9 home runs and 157 RBI, playing for Peoria (84), Redwood (85), Palm Springs (86) and Edmonton (87-88). He also stole 26 bases in the minor leagues.
Anderson lettered for the University of South Carolina's baseball team during the 1982, 83 and 84 seasons.
In 1989, he appeared in 86 games for the California Angels and hit .229 with 17 RBI. In 1990, he hit .308 a home run and 5 RBI.

Mike Anderson, played for parts of nine
season in Major League Baseball.
